The Sealant THREAD LOCKER is produced from our latest non-hazardous technology incorporating a bespoke group of high purity raw materials. This unique future-proof technology ensures that the product label requires no hazard symbols or risk and safety phrases, and enables the product to comply with even the most stringent health and safety requirements.
Anaerobic sealant for threaded metallic accessories. Reacts with every type of metals and in absence of air, producing a flexible film that withstands pressure and temperature.
Anaerobic is a slow curing pipe-sealant that provides a non-shrink, instant low pressure seal.

PROPERTIES
− Trixotropic properties that prevent sealant migration before and during its curing.
− High resistance to temperature, corrosion, vibrations, water, gases, oil, hydrocarbon and to the majority of chemicals.
− Instant sealing for moderate pressure; gives a flexible film that avoids leaks, substituting PTFE tape and hemp.
− Easily dismantling, even after some years.
− Not suitable for plastics (PVC, polythene, polypropylene, etc.).

APPLICATIONS
Adhesive specially indicated for:
• Metallic threaded joints in contact with 1st, 2nd and 3rd family gases and hot water. Certified product in accordance with the specifications of EN 751-1: Sealing materials for metallic threaded joints in contact with 1st, 2nd and 3rd family gases and hot water. part 1: Anaerobic jointing compounds”
• Installations for the supply of cold and hot water.
• Heating and refrigerating installations. Suitable for installations with working conditions between 0 oC and 110 oC with peaks till 120 oC and a pressure of 10 bar.
• Certified for drink water by DGWV-TZW (Germany) and WRAS (UK).
