Buy comfortably in your home, after choosing the products and the place of delivery. CASAMAT undertakes to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible. The delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the user when placing the order.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 hours. In this way, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted for estimated delivery of parcels. CASAMAT only processes an order after confirming its payment, and therefore can not guarantee the availability of the articles until the beginning of said processing. Estimates of delivery dates are merely indicative, in accordance with the provisions of the law, and are the responsibility of hauliers. Any delay in the shipment of the goods, compared to the estimated date, does not confer the right to compensation. For this reason, non-compliance with deadlines indicative of supply should not justify canceling the order by the Client, nor should it serve as a basis for claiming any compensation, subject to the provisions of the law.
Likewise, CASAMAT declines all responsibility for delay or delay in the delivery of the merchandise, when this is due to cases of force majeure or unforeseeable cases and for which no fraudulent act or gross negligence has been contributed by CASAMAT that prevent the manufacture of materials at source, their sending or delivery in Portugal and also in situations of strike, fire, flood, serious accidents with materials or tools, wars, epidemics, acts of vandalism, sabotage, terrorism, interruption in transport or climatic conditions abnormal.
